For sheep registrations and transfers
Attach this form to the Application for Registration when registering lambs sired by a ram that did not belong to you at the time of breeding or that resulted from the purchase of bred ewes. It must be completed and signed by the owner of the ram.
This form must be completed and signed by the AI Technician and attached to the Application for Registration when registering lambs resulting from an AI procedure.
