The Pipestone Lamb & Wool Program offers these online courses.
"Introduction to Sheep Management" is a 14 lesson self-paced course with continuous enrollment. It is the online version of the successful home study course that provides an overview of year long sheep management.
The other two courses, "Introduction to Sheep Diseases" and "Ewe Ration Formulation" are more structured and are designed for more interaction.
The purpose of the program is to help sheep producers increase income and profit per ewe and realize the full potential of all sheep through modern management practices, new technologies and new approaches to marketing both lamb and wool.
